This place is terribly ran. Terrible service and also they are illegally and wrongly paying their employees.
My experiences at Byronz have been excellent. I have tried several entrees and have yet to order one that doesn’t reinforce the five-star rating I’ve given. The staff is always cheerful, helpful and extremely efficient. They always seem to be there when I need them and not there when I don’t. How do they DO THAT??? I’m usually pretty disciplined when it comes to not ordering dessert. At Byronz, discipline never makes it through the door with me. Sept 22nd 2017 pm my husband and friends planned a surprise birthday party for me. When the party of “30” arrived, they were told to set up with the decorations and all to the right of the entrance. I was told it was perfect!! 10 mins before my husband and I arrived the manager told the party to move everything to the private room inside to the right of the patio entrance. Great place with great food and nice staff. The place was packed and it led to some waiting but the ambience and quality of food certainly compensated for it (even before we received a gift card to make up for the wait). Americans are in too much of a hurry and "eat and run" rather than enjoying time spent with friends.
Yesterday my now husband & I exchanged vows, in a small, family wedding. After of which, we wanted to enjoy a good meal, with a great atmosphere & staff. My 1st thought was Bistro Byronz, as it always is when we want a delicious meal, yummy cocktail all at a reasonable price. Yet again, you all did not disappoint! The service is horrible. Coworkers and I stood at the front waiting to be seated for a good 7mins. Staff continued to walk by us without even acknowledging we were standing there, mind you there was not a shortage of tables. Requested a supervisor and she was twice as rude needles to say we walked out to never return again. I suggest if your black don't spend your money with these people they came off as racist. Oh fail to mention corporate didn't care either so don't bother calling them either.
The service was very good! As well the food; it was great! However, this time it seemed their really wasn't very much tuna on my salad. Nonetheless Bistro Byron's is great!
Good atmosphere, good drinks, good food, good service.
