Bistro 821 should change name to bistro 911. Head chef and his/her staff (aka accomplices) twice ignored life threatening food allergy and served food that could have killed a customer. The restaurant manager took NO ACCOUNTABILITY, barely apologized and offered to cover the cost of one meal and a bottle of wine (not even the cost of his EpiPen!). Unforgivable.
