Fabulous seafood. The staff were personable and yet professional. The cuisine is unique, flavorful, and balanced. The different flavors complimented to bring each dish together.

Bistro 821 should change name to bistro 911. Head chef and his/her staff (aka accomplices) twice ignored life threatening food allergy and served food that could have killed a customer. The restaurant manager took NO ACCOUNTABILITY, barely apologized and offered to cover the cost of one meal and a bottle of wine (not even the cost of his EpiPen!). Unforgivable.
Had a fabulous Christmas Eve dinner here tonight. Terrific food, terrific service.
