We had a really enjoyable dinner at Bistro ’67. One of the coolest things about this restaurant is that it’s operated by Durham College, with meals prepared and served by skilled staff and students using fresh ingredients from the college’s own gardens and other local suppliers throughout Durham Region. We started with the charcuterie board, which was excellent, although we later realized it was actually meant for four people and our server hadn’t mentioned that. Oops.
