It is important how you treat your own community. As you can see from other reviews with screenshots and links, the people that represent this business do not treat the entire community equally and fairly. they hang a rainbow outside of their bar, but there is really only one color they care about.
Owner is a psychopath and claims charitable donations that were demonstrably never made.
Two Slice Tilley Aka Jeffery Schmitz has a well known reputation that proceeds him. I HIGHLY recommend one spend ones money at any other establishment rather than one that invites such blatant disregard for any customer who may be of any SHADE other than Porcelain Bone China. If you have PINK $$$ there are many other more welcoming establishments which you will find yourself much more welcomed.

Under the management of the current owner, I cannot give Bistro 303 my business ever again. I call upon others to do the same. In addition to a problematic history with employees and customers, the owner has publicly made many inappropriate remarks. The owner is knowingly problematic. Very misogynistic and racist. Jefferey publicly bashed multiple black members of the queer community. He has publicly harassed very prominent performers in the KC LGBTQIA community after they point out his racism. Numerous queer people of color have expressed they do not feel welcome at Bistro 303, but he continues to ignore these complaints and concerns. He also refuses to acknowledge and work on his racism. Racist owner. As a gay community preaching equality we cannot support this place
Rude owner who is very problematic. I used to enjoy going there but seeing how he treats members of the community who ask him to do better means I will no longer be going.
