If they nail a sauce like that, they know what's up. In this case it was pan seared calamari. Spot on almost perfect. I say almost because it was a touch heavy handed with salt, others may love this. I just moved here from Hawaii and wanted to connect with the gay community in Kansas City. LOVED the bar, loved Ryan the bartender (he makes THE BEST martini's and had the pleasure to talk to several kind people. For those of you who know Hula's in Wakiki, Bistro 303 is the next best thing! Awesome place!
