They did not accommodate special requests, even after finding out I waa a bariatric patient. Also, I asked for lemon for my tea, and was brought a tiny little peice, about the size of a quarter. If you're interested in repeat business, then you should focus on customer satisfaction, instead of cheaping out.

Great atmosphere, great service and awesome food.
Had the bacon cream cheese jalapeño doobies, a bbq burger and fries. All were excellent! Service was very good as well.
Wings are best in the area!!!

We are regular customers. But tonite we asked for the house wine. When the bill came we were charged for the upgrade. Justinsaid “Oh we are out of house wine” we were never told that. !!! Justin needs to go to personality school. Should have been charged for house wine or informed before we were served. Naldo good customers at Ruby’s. Need to check your orders as we did not get all sides that were ordered! But great sandwiches
