The tenants they have living in a building on our street are not good stewards of the property or the neighborhood. . The management office is only a block away and yet lacks responsive attitude and allows tenants to dump unwanted belongings on the property without picking up afterward. I would never choose to live in one of their properties.
Easy to work with and efficient!
My experience is as a co-signer for my daughter. We only had about 36 hours between receiving the lease and needing to have it signed by all with payment, so I was worried we would need more time, but the remote leasing process was quick and smooth, using DocUsign. Denise was incredibly communicative and responsive to our questions, even texting answers late at night, and expressed willingness to work with us if we needed anything. The leasing process is easy with Bissontte as they are good at responding. I have had 2 homes through them and they make the process generally painless.
