On this day, while at the clinic, I found out about a sad family matter. Stephanie and the lady (sorry, forgot her name) who gave me a tour were very sympathetic and understanding. They kindly offer that I can reschedule without charge. I am glad I chose to keep the appointment because Dr. Bisson and the rest of the team, who were with him at that time, were very professional yet compassionate. The receptionists are very friendly. Diana did a wonderful job… very gentle!
I’ve always been someone who’s terrified of the dentist due to past experiences, but since seeing Diana that fear has completely changed. She is incredibly gentle, careful and truly cares about her patients comfort. Her calming presence and attention made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire appointment. I know I won’t be scared going in next time. Thank you Diana!!
This is by far an above the best clinic I've ever been to. All the staff are friendly and focused on the customer experience. The service is top notch.
