Office is friendly and efficient with a stable staff. All communications are clear. I have been using this office for years. We are very lucky to have it so conveniently located.
Admin person didn't mention any fees for periodontic consultation or asked for our insurance details. Only after consultation told us that we have to pay $250 consultation fees for a 30 mins consultation and that they don't take our insurance. During treatment Dr. suggested treatment but said it is optional but then sent to the dentist report saying they must do this treatment. What would be free under insurance would be almost $3k with their practice. So check with your insurance and go here only if they are in your network... read more
Dr. Thomas Bissell has excellent credentials, thorough, listens, and a much appreciated calming disposition. I opted for implant instead of "destroying" two teeth to anchor a bridge. Overall a great experience. The entire team is friendly and professional.
