Purchase a mop on july 21 2025, was delivered the wrong item 2 days later. contacted them immediately, was sent a label to ship item back. took me a week to ship it back since i went out of town. usually when businesses ship you the wrong item, they will immediately ship the correct item right away. But NOOO not them. They got my package back over a week ago, maybe two. They still havent shipped my correct item back. I have notified them, contacted them on multiple occasion. Hands down the best customer service in the market. I bought a vacuum with a dead battery, I called customer service, my CSA (Javier) solved my problem without any run-around, excuses or hassle. Just solved. "Pick any vacuum of the same value and we'll send it to you." What more do you want from a company. The only company with better customer service is maybe Costco... maybe. Bissell earned a customer for life. Well done Bissell, well done.
