I'm dealing with omni steam shot that isn't working properly. I spoke with Mr. Mauro and he said I never purchased it.
I purchased the Steam Shot Omni Reach on June 27, 2025. Within 10 days, the unit failed completely. Bissell replaced it quickly — but that unit failed in under 48 hours. A third replacement was sent after I demanded both a refund and another unit, but it also broke almost immediately. While customer service was polite, Bissell’s systems were antiquated and disorganized. The internal systems lack integration. Purchase a mop on july 21 2025, was delivered the wrong item 2 days later. contacted them immediately, was sent a label to ship item back. took me a week to ship it back since i went out of town. usually when businesses ship you the wrong item, they will immediately ship the correct item right away. But NOOO not them. They got my package back over a week ago, maybe two. They still havent shipped my correct item back. I have notified them, contacted them on multiple occasion.
