TERRIBLE!!!! had the steam shot bissell deluxe. it was recalled and i did what the website suggested. When I attempted to use my credit the website would not work. I attempted to resolve through chat- told to use different browser, did not work. Called again told to use a different device, did not work. I called the number and the gentleman who's name is Juan hung the phone up on me. called back and they finally was able to get the order placed for me. Don't order a part from them because if you need to return it for ANY reason they will charge you the return shipping fee ....PRICKS

I had bought a carpet shampooer from Walmart, and I regret it. The carpet shampooer was a little over 100.00$ and it barely worked. Of course I threw the box away, that had the receipt so there was nothing they could do. Wasted 100.00$. I’ve also been through two vacuums of theirs within 2 years so I finally switched to shark. Not happy at all

I have a Bissell vacuum. Stopped working. A part was ordered but it took forever. They didn't tell me it came from US. Vacuum still didn't work. Ordered another part. It too was delayed coming from US. Grrr. Still without vacuum since Jan 20. Other part still not here yet. I'm not happy. Will never get Bissell again or refer to friends.
