Regional Driver here. Other than poor communication at times, and the 3 old broke down trucks they assigned me to in 1 year. Not bad, if I’m out at least 6 days that is almost guaranteed over 2000 miles a week, $1200-1400 weekly
I wish I would’ve found this place when I first started out in trucking. Bison actually treats you like family. Dispatch is awesome, management is top tier, safety is top tier, shop crew is top tier, everything is good. I finally feel like I found a job that actually pays me for the work I do. I’ve been here over 90 days & everything is what they said it would be, I recommend. Especially the Sumter Terminal! 🫡
Company Driver here with 4 years experience, I’ve been with 3 other companies before Bison and I’ve been with Bison only half a year -1 star is they gave me a truck and also a fellow driver a truck that were beat up and mine had over 520,000 miles when I got it. My first truck had a broken seat, my friend got a truck infested with roaches. It was an International with a dumpster fire transmission, it can never get it right in gears 1-3.
