I wish I would’ve found this place when I first started out in trucking. Bison actually treats you like family. Dispatch is awesome, management is top tier, safety is top tier, shop crew is top tier, everything is good. I finally feel like I found a job that actually pays me for the work I do. I’ve been here over 90 days & everything is what they said it would be, I recommend. Especially the Sumter Terminal! 🫡
Company Driver here with 4 years experience, I’ve been with 3 other companies before Bison and I’ve been with Bison only half a year -1 star is they gave me a truck and also a fellow driver a truck that were beat up and mine had over 520,000 miles when I got it. My first truck had a broken seat, my friend got a truck infested with roaches. It was an International with a dumpster fire transmission, it can never get it right in gears 1-3. The benefit package is by far excellent for self and family members. Each location brings its own opportunities in limits as well equipment
This company is great, all the staff is wonderful and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a truck driving job
