Literally the easiest storage unit to work with. Super communicative, easy access, prompt responses from owner/manager. Moving in and moving out both was a total breeze. Online pay portal is so smooth and easy and also holds any other information about your unit/payments you could ever need. I’d paid so far in advance and the manager made sure I got the difference refunded to me once I moved out. Very impressed with this storage unit complex.
I rented a large storage unit from Chief Mountain for a couple years. The website and payment portal was very easy and convenient. The owners were prompt with communication anytime I had any questions. The move out process was easy and seamless. Very secure facility, highly recommend.
Stashed my pickup here for nearly a year with monthly fee on auto-pay. Good communication from the office and quick resolution after-hours when I learned the hard way that the gate passcode had been changed. Thanks Nic!
