They are a very good storage place with very nice good owners, they have always been willing and able to help me out when I was in a bind and to this day they are still my storage place I prefer.
Convenient and nice people. I kept a vehicle and gear here and was able to walk from the airport to get it when I get to town.
Amazing customer service! I was having issues my getting my car into the storage unit and the owner came super quickly to help me, and even gave me a ride to the airport
Literally the easiest storage unit to work with. Super communicative, easy access, prompt responses from owner/manager. Moving in and moving out both was a total breeze. Online pay portal is so smooth and easy and also holds any other information about your unit/payments you could ever need. I’d paid so far in advance and the manager made sure I got the difference refunded to me once I moved out. Very impressed with this storage unit complex.
I rented a large storage unit from Chief Mountain for a couple years. The website and payment portal was very easy and convenient. The owners were prompt with communication anytime I had any questions. The move out process was easy and seamless. Very secure facility, highly recommend.
