We live in Wisconsin, in 2014 a tornado took the farm. After looking on line. We contacted Bison Steel Buildings. Hooked up with Dean Koosman. We are so impressed with the amount of customer service and quality of the product. We built a 65x125 fully insulated building and still cannot say enough about the company and the product.
Everything about our Bison building has exceeded our expectations. Strength of materials and design has been top notch.
I recently had an excellent experience with Bison Steel. Their customer service was top-notch, and the quality of their buildings is outstanding. The entire process, from design to installation, was seamless and exceeded my expectations.
Just a word of advice from someone who has purchased 9 steel buildings several different companies. STEER CLEAR of BISON STEEL BUILDINGS of MN. That’s all I have to say about that!
Do not spend your money with Bison Steel if you actually want to receive a building! We started the process with them in November of 2021 and have yet to receive our building. Every time they set a fabrication date, we’re told a few weeks later that it’s delayed again; sometimes only 2 weeks, sometimes months. It takes days to get responses from them via email and phone and when they do respond they only apologize and tell us we still don’t have a delivery date.
