I moved in and needed immediate assistance with a few minor "fixes". UW Apartment people were there immediately! They fixed my outdoor light, looked at a fan above my stove, and fixed my shower rod the very same day! My RA got me on the right track to get my internet to the TV. They have been amazing! Try moving in somewhere that includes internet, tv, water, sewer, trash, electricity and HEAT...good luck with that. Oh and let's add, campus security. The apartments are alright, it's a student community which makes it fun at times. However as it's the university you are paying rent too, they'll overcharge you as well as making it difficult by accepting few types of cards. Maintenance is very quick but could probably find somewhere that doesn't make it ridiculously overcomplicated to pay rent
