If I could give Zero stars I would. These people are hard to reach and do bad business. I have reached out multiple times no response. They don't care which makes me wonder why are they here!? Poor customer service businesses will not last long. Cant wait until another company takes over!

We were told over a year ago we would get a new dryer as it has not been working. Weve been told multiple times we are getting a new one by multiple different managers and we have yet to receive one. Our dishwasher is once again not draining and our kitchen floor keeps flooding. This is the second time. It took over a week for you guys to even contact us about it which meant we couldnt use our kitchen sink for a week and a half. We ended up having three different people come to look at it and they got it to drain but we stil... read more

Since HI took over *************** in ************, there have been more structural debilitations than repairs. HI has no urgency to remedy the unlivable conditions of their properties. They caused confusion with their lack of communication about how residents should pay rent, how residents can make maintenance requests, even what changes in rent costs will be in the foreseeable future--how can residents make a sound decision about whether to renew or terminate their leases if they have no idea how much their rent will be? Do not care about their buildings, grounds and especially their tenants. Do not answer or respond to voicemails or emails. Multiple structural issues that continue to be ignored. Does not respond when requesting copies of lease and rent ledger. (Because they lost them)

I live in one of the Reverie Estates properties, which is managed by H-I. They are the third management company weve had in the last 6 months and things have seriously deteriorated here.Its been incredibly difficult to get in touch with management. They take days or even weeks to respond to emails and often dont answer calls or respond to voicemails.There is only a handful of maintenance personnel to cover 9 different properties. There is no way to file a maintenance claim, you just have to call it in and hope they answer it... read more

Initially, I was excited and hopeful when Hi-Management purchased the property that I rent from ***************. Based on Hi-Managements shiny website, I thought real professionals had stepped in and were coming to save the day! I understand that the task of cleaning up the damage of the previous owner is monumental as they, *************** was doing a horrible job.
