Good people
This company is a complete scam business. They sell vehicles that are not road worthy and dont help customers after purchase. Save your money and go to somewhere else that has values.
The sales and purchasing experience was excellent! Kris provided white glove service. The experience broke with the licensing and registration. Bison uses an outsourced vendor and it took 2 months! Required me to watch closely and follow-up repeatedly.
Credit manager is a liar. I went to co-sign for my son and gave them my info. After waiting for 2-3 hours I was told they didnt run my credit. I have since received letters from four different banks that my credit was ran four times. Looked me in the eye and told me he didnt run it. What a joke!
Buyers beware! with used cars from this dealership especially if they are sold as is the truck I purchased from them had safety issues and they told me the truck had passed a very extensive inspection and that was far from the truth. Get your used car extensively inspected by your own personal mechanic and dont Be like me and have to pay for a lot of repairs and acquire a truck with 2X engine oil in your motor, non operational power steering motor, broken rack and pinion, broken suspension parts etc. They told me this truck ... read more
Very impressed with the friendly and professional manner of the staff when trading in and purchasing a truck here. I am overly happy with the process of purchasing the truck and with my vehicle I purchased. They gave me top dollar for the worth of my trade in and were able to finance my new loan. Definitely recommend them!
