I was disappointed with my experience at this clinic. First, the reception staff were not welcoming and came across as arrogant, which made the visit unpleasant from the beginning. Second, despite having a scheduled appointment, I was seen approximately 45 minutes later than my appointment time without a clear explanation for the delay. The reception staff in Saturday was rude and unhelpful. They did not have the necessary information and spoke in a raised voice, which was unprofessional and made for an unpleasant experience.
My husband and I received a call two days ago confirming our meet-and-greet appointment with a new family doctor, and we confirmed it during that call. When we arrived at the clinic on the scheduled day, we were told by reception that our names were not on the appointment list. We explained that we had received a confirmation call from your office, yet no record of our booking could be found. This is unacceptable. I had visited other clinics and they couldn’t help me. Dr. Olagoke, however, took his time and gave me a thorough explanation about my problems. His philosophy of putting patients first really stood out to me, and I had an amazing experience overall!!
