Dr. Gergis is a good doctor, but the consistent 40–50-minute wait to see her despite having a scheduled appointment is extremely frustrating. This happens at every visit, and I feel that patients’ time is not being respected. I hope the clinic addresses this ongoing issue and improves its appointment scheduling.
Two weeks ago, I went to get some tests done, the technician was really helpful, but afte two weeks I did not have a clue whether one of my tests results are in or not, I called the clinic they mentioned that my Dr did not work at this location! I did not know that it is the patient job to make sure that his test results are forwarded to his Dr., it is such a hard work for a patient

유료검사를 권유함. 빨리하려면 유료검사를 하라고했지만 2주만에 알수 있는 검사라고했지만..심전도 검사 그후 결과도 안나옴 이름이 잘기억나지 않지만..검은피부에 키가 작은외모의 의사 불필요한 유료검사권유와 결과도 안 나온
I was called to schedule a phone meeting about my doctor after requesting medication from my pharmacy. I wait a week for my phone appointment. I wait by my phone at my appointment time. 10-15 minutes pass. I call the office. Does not go through, I leave a message. I call again 10 minutes later.
