I had an awesome experience with Bison. I came from 2 hours away and Emily was fantastic to work with. Prompt messaging, very kind, and the product turned out perfect. I would make the drive again in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately I can't recommend them. Contacted them for help with a cracked counter top they installed and didn't get much response on fixing it. After having others inspect the issue it seems they left a metal support after install that should have been removed, or at the very least sealed. Neither was done, and the metal rusted so much it cracked the granite. Now I'm left resolving it on my own

There were so many choices of quartz. I found exactly what I was looking for. Decision made on edges, etc and I think we were out in under 15 minutes. If you have no idea what you want, prepare to spend some time looking at all the options. I highly recommend.

Very disappointed with Bison Countertops. I reached out in March to schedule a repair, and someone came to my home in April but was unable to complete the job. Since then, there has been absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. I contacted the manager, Elisma, a month ago and followed up again today asking for a callback, but once again received no response. Poor communication and lack of customer service.

Had a new granite kitchen countertop installed. Wonderful experience. From the beginning, Emily took her time and helped me choose the right material & let me know how the scheduling would work. Herman did a great job measuring & setting up the job and install went without a hitch. They even had it done earlier than expected. I highly recommend Bison and will be telling all my friends.
