Had a new granite kitchen countertop installed. Wonderful experience. From the beginning, Emily took her time and helped me choose the right material & let me know how the scheduling would work. Herman did a great job measuring & setting up the job and install went without a hitch. They even had it done earlier than expected. I highly recommend Bison and will be telling all my friends.

So their billing process is very strange. When I was ready to start work, they wanted 100% of the bill up front. I said that I was willing to put half up front, and then pay half upon completion. They would not agree because they insisted that paying up front was "industry standard". I can assure anyone reading, this is not the case. There are several companies in the Nashville area who will complete work with only some of the payment up front, and only expect full payment once work is complete. They are really great to deal with. Process was very easy and informative. Miranda and Brian kept me in the loop and helped with any questions I had. The install crew was very professional and took pride in their work. I recommend this company and use again

Whoever drives the ranger truck with Cheatham County plates for this company needs to chill out with the driving! Got in the turning lane on purpose and cut off me and a whole line of people on the way to work because of whatever reason. Good thing i was paying attention and didn't hit them!
