I had my shoulder scoped today at Bismark Surgical Associates. it was an awesome experience everyone has great and treated my Wife and I very good. want to send out a big TY to my nurse's before and after surgery Yall made a nervous experience a pleasure. I highly recommend this facility for the care shown to Us.
Everyone was amazing and very professional. I had foot surgery on Monday, Dec 23rd and they called this morning (12/26) to see how I was doing and if I needed anything.
Excellent care! Had shoulder surgery and all the staff are compassionate, well organized and very professional. My experience was excellent and would definitely use them again. Dr. Juelson and his team did excellent job too. He does a great job explaining outcome of surgery and very personable. We are very fortunate to have such great care and medical facilities our community.
Just got out of surgery today for my knee. The staff were all so wonderful. Everyone was so nice. The facility is great and so clean. The process was smooth. 10/10
My experience there was horrible too. Started with a PA that stunk of cigarettes so bad it gave me a headache. Give me your money! Then just herded in and out by a bunch of people with no personality or compassion. Just more concerned with getting the next $patient$ on the table than they were about the current or previous one.
I had a torn rotator cuff. I had surgery to repair it at the Bismarck Surgical Associates. The care I received was excellent. Everything done at the center was thorough and organized. I appreciated how my surgery was on time so I didn't have to wait and be nervous. I was in by 9:00 a.m. and headed back home at 12:00 noon. The nurse that I had was excellent and very caring.
