*Would not recommend* I scheduled with this office hoping for a new long-term dentist, but the appointment was off-putting. Dr. Ferren came across as cold and had a very strong opinion about everything I said. There was no real discussion or willingness to listen to my concerns just her way or the high way. Dental work is stressful enough without feeling dismissed by your provider. The dental hygienist was friendly but receptionist was very cold as well.Cold, opinionated, and not patient-friendly.
I received a quote for dental work from a different dentist that seemed scammy. I felt in my gut I needed a second opinion. So, I visited Dr. Stone and he confirmed my suspicion. He examined my x-rays and my teeth thoroughly and explained to me that the dentist who gave me the quote was reaching to do work that wasn't necessary. The burden lifted from my shoulders after seeing Dr. Stone was invaluable. Now, he has my trust. As a consumer, trust is everything. I will definitely be back again. Lied and did unnecessary root canal. Some do things you can't imagine, at the moment, for money. That is what I learned from going to this practice. Unfortunate, but true. I say go elsewhere.
Dr Stone and Geanie are the BEST. I am totally comfortable with whatever has to be done. I say that bc who really says they love their Dentist??? I do and he is the man. They treat you like family. I have know Dr Stone for over 20 years and I won't see anyone but Dr Stone. The guy is smart and funny. I owe him a lot. If you want the best come to medford and see Dr Stone and Geanie. He even called me on my birthday. Does your dentist do that? Thank you again Dr Stone!!
Had a tooth issue and called Saturday morning and got right in to see Dr. Bisignano who made my tooth comfortable. Was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Farren also. This practice goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. They really do care! They made a phone call and got me right into a periodontist within two hours sending over my insurance information and everything. I couldn’t ask for more caring dentists highly recommend them
