I took my first child to another orthodontist and I always heard complaints, so I switched here for my other kids. The staff are very friendly and my kids like them. If there are concerns about how the kids are taking care of their braces, both myself and my child are involved in the conversation so I know how to encourage them at home and they know what needs to be done.
All the staff and Dr. Chermack were amazing for our whole family.
