We arrived in our RV with no water, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with great professionalism and care. The team was not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and helpful. It’s rare to find such excellent service — fast, efficient, and friendly. We’re incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Best RV service ever. Fix my problem in 15 minutes. Brittany Barnhart was masterful. Recognized the problem instantly and took care of it. I did not have to leave my vehicle.
Awesome staff and service. Replaced cabin batteries in my RV. Allowed us to have power when we previously did not on our long journey to Pennsylvania.
A breath of fresh air! I found Bish's RV of Billings service department to be an unusual combination of fast, courteous, and helpful. Their facility is very clean, and they handled the warranty work on our new 5th wheel very quickly and without any drama. They also helped with a couple of unusual requests - happily taking care of our needs even though they weren't "on the regular menu." Five stars, well deserved. Thanks to everyone in the service department for a great experience - we'll be back!
