Really made a terrible mistake moving here. Moved in 2 weeks ago and have been begging for repairs to be done yet they can be upstairs above me flipping a new apartment to lease out. I’m disgusted and will be discussing this with the proper counsel to get out of here sooner.
These homes are stunning and spacious, featuring wonderful amenities like a beautiful pool and more. What makes it even better is the incredible staff—Ericka and Rosemarie. They truly treat you like family, showing kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding support and how they have treated me and my family. Editing review post moving out: the absolute worst experience in two years. Erika is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever experienced in my life. We were extremely respectful, kind hearted, payments all on time, friendly with the neighbors etc and Erika from day one has been the most disrespectful person to us. From the very beginning of my move-in, the staff has delivered exceptional service. Rosemarie made the transition incredibly smooth and continues to be an invaluable resource whenever I have questions or concerns. Additionally, the maintenance team, including Nate and the new manager, consistently provides prompt and efficient service whenever I submit a ticket. As someone originally from New York, I can confidently say that the Bishop's View team surpasses any maintenance crew I've encountered.
