We lost a package and Rosemarie went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. She is always very helpful and friendly when we go to the office to ask for help with anything. We really appreciate it!
We were so impressed with how well the maintenance staff handled snow clearing during this last snow storm. Their effort and hard work made a seamless experience for the residents and it was by far the best snow clearing and ground maintenance I've seen at any of the places I've lived. Also the process for applying and moving in was painless. Rosemary did an amazing job making us feel at home from the getgo.
