Five star prices, three star service. My experience at Bishops started out with a rude receptionist. I was then seated to wait for my hair stylist, who was apparently at lunch, even though I was right on time for my appointment that had been scheduled for almost 3 weeks. Once she got there, everything was okay. The haircut and color was great, and I got a cold bottle of water, and a hot oil scalp massage. Overall, I was happy witht he haircut and color, but not the service.
Almost too good to be true I love this place. My hair stylist at another salon was on maternity leave and a friend talked me into getting "a trim" at her salon. She said I wouldn't be disappointed, and she was so right. I couldn't believe how pampered I was. The staff is so friendly in a real genuine way. They offered me a drink as soon as a I sat down.
