This salon/barber shop is AMAZING! I love the vibe and the people. Everyone was super kind among entering the business. The vibe is an artsy alternative mixed with rustic and I love it. I got a balayage and bangs done by Alex, and he did an absolutely amazing job! It turned out exactly the way I wanted. He really listened to what I was looking for and made it happen perfectly. The color is beautifully blended, and the bangs are just the right touch. Alex is talented, professional, and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a stylist who truly delivers!
I’ve always liked bishops, but this most recent time I really loved my appointment with Hagen. Great haircut and also great conversation. She explained a lot about what she was doing and why and I always appreciate that kind of consideration/education.
I would strongly not recommend this place for fades (and likely any men's haircut). The person cutting my hair was not experienced, and the result was patchy/uneven on the sides, poorly rounded in the back, and at odd lengths on the top because they could not find my natural part (even though I have a combover that makes it pretty obvious), among other issues with their service.
