I've been coming here for 5 years and have gone to so many different stylists at both Vancouver locations and I always come out with a cut I love. Everyone there is so friendly and approachable and the overall vibe is just great, especially if you're looking for something a little more than your basic run-of-the-mill salon. I can't imagine myself going anywhere else anytime soon!
Went for a DRASTIC change from long hair to a pixie cut and Natalie was patient and skilled; it felt as though she could read my mind with what I would want. I brought pictures for reference and told her what was most important to me. She also asked what I wanted to avoid in the new haircut which I think is a really important question for her to ask. It was an amazing experience that I would recommend to everyone.
