We stayed here for a babymoon getaway from Sydney this June. Christine was very welcoming and made some special efforts for us ensuring we had the spa bath with some Epsom salts, candles, non alcoholic champagne and pregnancy-safe breakfasts. I'd describe this hotel as a luxury bnb where the host is attentive to each guest's differing needs and who brings people together to create a unique social experience you probably won't get anywhere else. Also some very friendly Burmese cats, Misty and Prince, who give a good cuddle.

Bishops court is amazing! So beautiful, lovely gardens and fantastic food. Christine is gorgeous and so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend higher.

As Americans traveling in Australia multiple times during the past 15 years, my husband and I never had occasion to visit Bathurst until recently. Both of us agree the few days spent at Bishop’s Court Estate were the best of our entire five weeks abroad this year. On arrival, we found the owner, Christine LeFevre, in the exquisite gardens within which this elegant 1870 Victorian gem is nestled. What can I say except this is our 6th year staying here and we love it!!! Christine is the consummate host who makes everyone feel quite at home! This property is amazing and you can’t go past the incredibly welcoming and warm environment. As long as Christine is the host we will continue to come time and time again
