Just like a hardware store is suppose be! Nails by the pound, and friendly staff that knows their stuff! – Bishops has great customer service and can give you instruction on completing most home projects. Unlike the big box stores, their staff has been in the hardware business for a long time. This is not to knock the folks at Home Depot or Lowe's, some of whom are very knowledgeable, but the knowledgeable staff there are far, few, and in-between.
