We booked the Ground Floor Suite (Pet Friendly). The listing describes the room as having "special features such as jetted tubs" and lists a fireplace in the amenities. We were expecting a cozy private feeling space. We checked in to room 25 and found no fireplace, no tub, and in general a suite that did not match the pictures or nicer points of the description. On Sunday the 23rd, I spoke with Danielle about some parking questions I had. They were under no obligation to answer as I hadn't been a customer yet and still they gave me such clear and thorough directions and answered my questions fully.
