Need to work on there people skills from Dr.Bishop (has no time to explain to patient) to desk people. Will be looking for a new dentist.
BASED ON MY LAST VISIT. BISHOP IS GREAT BUT................. Ive been going to Dr Bishop since we moved to Delaware and I got a job. But recently we lost our dental coverage and we havent seen him. I had an emergency and I HAD TO GO to him and "bite" the charges. But we didnt see Dr Bishop. We seen a new oriental doc(her name eludes me(LOUSY impression). I asked about dental implants and she told me that my teeth are strong and wouldnt need implants(THEN WHY ARE MY TEETH BREAKING????). So, I asked how much would I be looking... read more
Great dentist Dr. Bishop is very up to date with all new technologies. He is also very gentle and listens.
awesome dentist I have been seeing him for a very long time. He is a professional and respectful dentist with superb service
Dr. Bishop has no bedside manners whatsoever, did not care to explain to me that I had an air bubble in the one cavity he filled less than a year ago, the dental hygienist had to explain what it was and that I would have to come back to have to taken out and refilled again. The front desk then make me sign a form stating I would have to take care of the charges in the event my insurance denies it (insurance won't cover for the same filling that's less than a year old for a dentist's negligence!)
