Bishop’s BBQ is hands down one of the best around. Whitney and Cory always do an amazing job—not just with the food, but with the service too. I’ve honestly never had anything there that wasn’t top-notch. My go-to is the Smoked Pulled Pork, mac & cheese, and green beans. And trust me… mix the BBQ with the mac & cheese or try their Brisket Nachos—you’ll thank me later!
Just ordered the brisket with Mac and cheese and slaw. Took it home to find baked beans instead of slaw. Food was good but was disappointed with the beans.
Best BBQ and Brisket I’ve ever had.
