RecommendedWe had Harvard Management for several years. When they merged with Evergreen we changed to Elite Property Management. We are going into our third year now and have never been sorry for the change. Property manager, Jason is always just a phone call away. You could not find a worse management company than Elite. The Property Manager is on a power trip and has no respect for members. Responses are far and few between unless you bring up an issue. If you bring up an issue, they will find ways to retaliate. If you're looking at renting or buying and they are any way involved in the property or association, run the other way.
Terrible communication. They are neither proactive or responsive.
