Very responsive company! I needed my sprinkler system tested for "backflow", something required in Cook County (maybe Illinois) to prevent water pollution. They came out and tested, then registered the test with the City promptly. Thanks, Bishop!!!
Scott and James were wonderful. They explained to me what they were going to do because of a problem with the Air Conditioning. You can DEFINITELY ask for them if you want to!!! Great Service!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Bishop plumbing company. We called them on a Sunday night for a simple rodding job, and before agreeing to the work, they promised that the $275 service call fee would be refunded if we hired them for the repair. Trusting their word, we agreed to move forward with the job, which ended up costing us $1,601 for what should have been a simple repair.
