Terrible customer service. They tried billing me for work they never performed. Not to be trusted! Almost three weeks after I was supposed to have a diagnosis, their estimate finally arrived and would have been 5X more expensive than the local plumber I ended up using.
Out of 5 appointments, they showed up only twice. Out of 5 appointments, they called to let me know they were enroute zero times.
