They were hired to replace my family’s furnace. They disconnected and removed the AC unit and still have not returned it. It seems very shady, that they make excuses why it hasn’t made it back.. It is winter and the AC is not currently needed, but I have my doubts that it gets returned in the same working order that it was in. I’m guessing legal action needs to be taken to get this resolved.

I called to have a leak repair done I was told they were booked until the middle of the next week ... On the next Monday I received a call from a vary rude lady saying they don't wrap pipes and for me to contact my property management and I don't know who told me that they took care of that but that is wrong !!! # 1 Not even what I asked for .... #2 why are you yelling at me I wanted to pay you for a service provided and finally how about calling and asking me what I needed ....
We had a lot of work done this spring. All the guys were efficient, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with the work that was done.
