Good people, shitty quality photos. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed. Especially these days when times are tough, we shouldn’t be playing with peoples money. You want to charge a lot, then the quality of the photos should atleast be decent. My iPhone 100% could’ve done better. The picture was even pixelated.
We have been very disappointed with both sets of photos received for my son’s tball and soccer seasons. The photographers did not seem to be very experienced with children and the photo quality has not been great. My son still had red eyes in his team photo. Also, I don’t like the fact that you can’t even preview your photos before ordering them. Who does that? If I could have left no stars I would have. Our experience was AWFUL!!! Had my sons photos done for football this season not once but TWICE! First time his uniform was crooked and his jersey number was scrunched and most of his shoulder pads were showing alot. I was offered retakes or a refund. So I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and had retakes done instead of a refund. Well, I received the retake photos today and all of his shoulder pads are showing AGAIN! What a joke. Waited a month and a half for our single photo download. $29 ($5 shipping for an emailed code?). They had the kids pose with this tacky stool with the label still on it and that’s all you can see in the picture. No previews before buying, they probably know that nobody in their right mind would pay for this garbage. When they took the photo, I figured the stool would be covered with a league logo or something. Zero editing.
Its expensive, you can't preview photos before you purchase. They don't send tracking numbers. Very weak service. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
