The pharmacy owner/pharmacist, specifically Nirav Patel, was extremely unprofessional and aggressive during my interaction with him. Their team is amazing but the pharmacist himself makes his own rules and regulations that don’t follow suit with the other pharmacies . They don’t except prescriptions via email , (all pharmacies do ),but according to Bishop pharmacy he told my physician that he’s a liar and it’s not a legal document if it’s emailed?? If you get it faxed , he still believes it’s a fraud and calls them to ask “ did you fax a prescription today for —-then he says the patients name “. I am absolutely thrilled with the personal service I get from the staff. They are spot on with my allergy concerns. Pricing is really great and they are quick. I feel I am family! The reason for my move; is being just a number who does not get heard was no longer good enough. Waiting 3 months to fill a RX - because the computer kept crashing - and being told "we have to many customers". That was enough for me to say adios - have not looked back.
