This place is completely out of line. They lack an effective system and have no customer service skills whatsoever. After being seen, I requested a doctor’s note and was told I had to wait because the physician needed to see other patients. However, he appeared to be working on other tasks while only half-listening. I received the letter only after waiting an additional 15 minutes
Looking forward to today's visit there again.
This review is lengthy & was a long-time coming: It truly depends on the day/weather/time of day that the staff & various departments can make your experience a positive one or a negative one. The Medical Department needs to work on teaching the residents & attending physicians how to be culturally competent (had to have a racist note removed from my file) & they need their intake nurses/medical assistants to be more self-aware to when they may need a break so that they don't take their bad mood out on a patient (had to refu... read more
The mammogram technician was very kind and she also was good doing the machine on my breast and also the gentleman behind the check in helped me set up my obh chart and didn't let me leave until he took upstairs to the office on the 2nd floor and I was able to get my obh chart going the security lady who also has the same name as me was very nice as well. Clean facility and everyone is respectful.
I try my best to be the patient when I come here, but it try your patience was a place, this would be it. Let’s start with I don’t get a call that the Nero dr isn’t available until I’m leaving out the door. Ok that’s whatever. Get to the clinic and I’m waiting to see his Peds dr. And it’s an experiment in let’s just see how long you’re willing to sit around until you crash out. No regard for the fact that I’m here with an autistic son. The clinic is empty.
