Their receptionist Sue needs to either get proper customer service training or be fired. There was little to no communication concerning the initial diagnostic appointment for my HVAC unit—the technician just showed up unannounced at 7:30a a few days after I called for a quote. I don’t think it was the technician’s fault but Sue and other receptionist staff for not contacting me with an exact date and time range, she just said “somebody will come in the next few days,” in a cold, misanthropic tone. Called late on a Saturday night for an emergency service. Reached the manager John. He was super helpful and quickly worked to develop a solution. Highly recommend
Very rude staff! First time calling for a service, to schedule a service and was turned down for no reason
HVAC dealing mostly with Commercial Clients. Very knowledgeable crew. And they offer Preventative Maintenance programs, too.
