This has been the worst experience I have EVER had with customer service. There is a complete lack of communication between team members, misinformation, and I was lied to at least twice. I wasted a week trying to get help here, only for them to sign me up for the wrong program when I made it extremely clear what I wanted to multiple different people, which was the Spravato treatment. I had a loved one go through this program in the past and it has completely changed their lives. This place seems to give people the tools necessary to combat real life situations that other places do not. Not many places offer true mental health programs like this one does. Best in the state. Recommend for anyone seeking help for themselves or a loved one.
