I just got done completing my 12 week IOP program with Bishop. I got so much more out of it than I could’ve anticipated. Everybody was amazing if you are looking for a better understanding.and need help with mental health. It’s a wonderful program really is full of intelligent people that care and want to help others. It’s a great facility.. I owe them a lot. Good luck to you all. I hope in someway this helps
I had the best experience at Bishop Health! I brushed up on DBT and CBT and I learned about some other types of therapy that I had never been exposed to before. My one-on-one therapist was terrific. He didn’t pull any punches with me and I really appreciated it because I was probably one of the oldest clients that ever attended and I was more than ready for a change. This place was incredible. The staff are so helpful and sweet. Maz,Molly,Jacinda and the whole crew at the front desk just have friendly, welcoming vibes. The clinicians are professional, accommodating and honestly just a lot of fun to work with. Ben is so humorous and you're going to remember what he taught. Great staff, supportive environment. Very helpful for basic mental health education and assessment of individual needs. The highlight of this program is the group format that fosters support, connection and understanding.
