This place was incredible. The staff are so helpful and sweet. Maz,Molly,Jacinda and the whole crew at the front desk just have friendly, welcoming vibes. The clinicians are professional, accommodating and honestly just a lot of fun to work with. Ben is so humorous and you're going to remember what he taught. David made me feel safe when he shared relatable things with me. Great staff, supportive environment. Very helpful for basic mental health education and assessment of individual needs. The highlight of this program is the group format that fosters support, connection and understanding.
The People and the program is wonderful and life changing and they really care I highly recommend it to anyone
