Working with Karen was extremely frustrating for me. Right from the start, any kind of communication was extremely patronizing and even unprofessional at times when I attempted to ask questions or clarify things. The communication was also inconsistent and instead of making me feel better, it made me feel increasingly anxious. It was an unpleasant experience dealing with Karen. There were communication issues, and it seemed challenging getting clear information at times. While going through this already stressful process, one would expect professionalism and sensitivity, which is what I was hoping for but could not obtain.
