Kimberly Schat had been my daughter’s provider. Her front desk called me to schedule an appointment when my daughter took a morning off school to go, she was told that she was dismissed as a patient by email before the visit was scheduled. I called the front desk where they admitted the clerical error and refused to reinstate her as a patient. She had done nothing wrong just hadn’t made it in for an updated visit in a while. Melissa Balanger (previously Melissa Troy), has provided me unbelievable care! I have been in a variety of situations which have required a flexible doctor and she is amazing at meeting my needs. She goes out of her way to be extremely accessible to her patients. She genuinely puts her patients first and I'm grateful to have found her. The compassion in her voice is real. I wholeheartedly trust her.

First, I want to say that Melissa Troy is a wonderful health care provider. This review is based on the encounters I've had with the office manager. Just last week (August 2024) I left crying before I could even been seen for my appointment due to the rude comments from the front office manager. This is not the first encounter I've had with the front office staff being rude and unprofessional, but definitely the first time I have ever left crying before I've even had a chance to see a caregiver. I find the provider that works with me Sharon to be very cordial an easy to talk to and she gives me the tools that I need to survive and to fix the parts that are all screwed up I feel enlightened and confused but in time I'm sure everything will be fine. Am I am thriving!
