Corey Davis was my sales person. I can not think of anything that could have been done better. I have bought dozens of GM vehicles and this may have been the smoothest transaction ever. Walked in with an old truck in the morning and walked out happy with a new truck that afternoon. Great job by every person I deal with at Bishop.
Purchased a used vehicle after which the check engine light came on, almost immediately. Bishop in Rogers City had it for almost a week, during which they were to run a diagnostic and repair it. They did absolutely nothing! Refused to provide info on what the diagnostic showed. It was returned, and the check engine light came back on as soon as I tried to drive it. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with buying a car. They sold me a car that needed a few repairs done. It took well over 2 weeks no one would hard even contact me to give me updates. I kept calling a few days apart and they were getting severely annoyed and rude with me because I was trying to get an update on my car because no one had the courage to contact me about the situation.
