Bad Service Call I called and made an appointment 2 months ahead of time. No one showed up and no one called to say they were not coming. Wait all day to have my washer repaired, it is still broken.
Excellent Job. Very nice guy! Was able to come same day, within a few hours of my call. Very nice and professional. Had the needed parts in hand so the repair was quick. Would use again or recommend to others.
Never Showed Set up appointment between 6-7pm. They called at 7:10pm and said they were running late, and would be here in an hour. At 10:00pm, they called and said last job took longer than expected. Wanted to know if I still wanted them to come. We rescheduled for 6pm the next night. Never showed. At 7:30pm I got a voice mail saying they forgot to put my appointment on their schedule and could be at my house at 8-8:30pm. I didn't reply. I didn't feel like having another night wasted. Very disappointing.
excellent job I would highly recommend Bishop and Son Home Appliance Repair. I just moved to AZ from another state, and needed my dryer cord changed to fit the new house. They came out the same day I called, the repairman was friendly and courteous, and Bishop and Son, they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend calling them for any home appliance repair.

Highly Recommended - 1/22/10 I called Bishop and Son on a Saturday after my three year old GE refrigerator was intermittently having cooling problems. Rick answered the phone and after describing the symptoms, he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Rick was at my house within two hours with the suspected bad part. What impressed me was that Rick didn’t just install the part and leave but thoroughly inspected my refrigerator to make sure he diagnosed the real problem. Old Fashioned Customer Service Anyone who values sincere, honest to goodness customer service... I can guarantee that is what you'll get with Rick and Son. They really do go that extra mile. The first time I called on Rick I was in a real time crunch and he made time for me that same day for which I was expecting to pay dearly, but that was not the case at all. Rick is a man with a heart for people, and a talent for his work.
Great Customer Service Rick came out to fix my oven. His response time was unbelievable I called him on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon my oven was fixed and working. The price for a Satruday service call and repair was very fair. Rick took the time to explain the problem and what was necessary to fix it. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
Washing Machine Repair & Assisted in Home Renovation The hot water wasn't working on our washing machine. Rick cleaned the water inlet filter and replaced the valves and we now have hot water again. Rick is multi-talented and also assisted us on our house renovation in the Spring/Summer of 2009. He hung several new pre-hung doors inside our home as well as relocating and installing new front entry doors.
