Let me start by saying, we love the layout of our home. Small builders have the ability to show attention to detail as they are normally around their jobsites, large national builders have systems and protocols in place with quality checking all along the way to ensure they have fewer issues, Bishard is neither of these. They build too many houses to have attention to detail, their superintendent that we dealt with was either stretched too thin or just inexperienced. We purchased our Bishard home in the Bayville at Lake Joyce neighborhood two years ago and must say it was one of the best decisions we have ever made in home buying. The Bishard group is very pleasant and easy to work with. Most of our dealings were with Caleb Coston, Project Manager, who was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
