We purchased our Bishard home in the Bayville at Lake Joyce neighborhood two years ago and must say it was one of the best decisions we have ever made in home buying. The Bishard group is very pleasant and easy to work with. Most of our dealings were with Caleb Coston, Project Manager, who was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I purchased a condo from him in 2006 in the Chic's Beach area. I have three decks that were not installed properly. This has caused leaking in our home. Air conditioner was not installed correctly. In addition, you could put a screw driver through wood because the wood was not treated or was not the right type. The lining was not properly installed in my friend's house. No flashing around Windows or decks. His homes are very appealing to the eye, but he does not care about the product he puts out.
