It’s biscuitville and their food is always good haha. This was my first time going to the one on Raeford Road, but overall the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly(even though my cashier got my order wrong haha), and even though it was super busy inside and the drive through, we got our food in less than 5 minutes after ordering it which was a great and appreciated surprise. Even with the price increase, Overall biscuitville is still great!
The egg upcharge is ridiculous.
Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered and paid to have lettuce and tomatoes added to a steak biscuit. I pulled around to the front and looked at the biscuit and there was a small piece of lettuce and no tomatoes. Which they charged an additional .30 each. I had to get back in line and tell the cashier there weren't any tomatoes on it which she could see. She then said " so it didn't have no tomatoes on it" I said again no it did not. We love eating at Biscuitville and feel they provide good food for a good price. Today's experience was an exception to the standard we have come accustomed to. While at the Raeford Rd location in Fayetteville I experienced cheese grits that were less than like warm and only filled the cup half full. The other food was on par with other BV locations, service was good, and the restaurant was clean.
I LOVE this Biscuitville location. The staff are terrific! the food is always good, and the restaurant is very clean. This is my goto breakfast joint.
