I have come to this location many times (mainly through the drive through), but this is the first time I've experienced this type of customer service. I understand that people are up early and that this establishment closes at 2 pm, and people want to go home, but even though we arrived at 1:27 pm, we were rushed and made to feel as if we were not valued customers. Had a great experience at this Biscuitville location. The order was accurate, the food was nice, fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. It hit the spot and we enjoyed every bite. We had the bacon, egg and cheese Biscuit and hasbrowns, everything was great.
Food is good, but missing half my order.
Says they open at 5am during the week. 5:24am and they are not open with 2 cars in the parking lot and saw one employee walking in around 5:15-5:20. Correct hours should be updated on your Google listing.
