I asked for a bottle of water when placing my order, but when I got to the window, I was told I hadn’t been rung up for it, even though that’s what I had requested. I’ve been to the Kernersville about 5 times. 3 times I got what I ordered. Scrambled egg and cheese on biscuit (skinny) and it was delicious and satisfying. Once I got somebody else’s order altogether and last time I got a partial order. Food is very good. Line moves quickly. Can be a little tricky at this drive thru as it can be approached from 2 directions and there is congestion. They need to do a better job on quality control of what is being bagged

Me and my husband love going here but the last three times they have skipped over us. We are ordering very easy meals (chicken biscuit and pancakes and grits) so nothing hard. It’s like they’re taking the food off the screen to keep there times low but forgetting to make our food. Today they gave our food to the drive thur to keep them going cuz they’re so back up.
