Best Dine-In Biscuits Cafe experience ever! I hadn't been to this location for about 12 years or so because the last time I went the food was just meh. Today we were going to go to Bannings but it was too busy when we got there so we left and went to this Biscuits Cafe instead and we were glad we did. Needs new management, manager is not friendly, customers and employees should be treated with respect.
I want to give a 5 Star but there was a high pitched squeal coming from somewhere. Every now and again it would go away but it was pretty consistent throughout the entire meal. The main reprieve was when I took a bite into the biscuits and gravy and, for a brief moment, I forgot about the high-pitched sound. It was a perfectly made biscuit lightly crunchy bottom with a fluffy inside coupled with some really good gravy 🤤. Then I bit into one of their sausages... The sausages? food was old, dry, stale. staff were unfriendly, unwilling to do anything about the food, every time we said thank you they would just walk away, never smiled. definitely won't go back to this one.
Great food and plenty of it. Service is great. friendly people at the two locations we visited. sometimes a bit noisy.
