Not an amazing place to go. Service takes for freaking ever.
Was back in my hometown of Memphis,TN. Wanted to show some love to biscuits and jam, heard this location was struggling and wanted to support local businesses. Well, that didn’t happen. My husband and I came in and waited to be seated. We waited and waited and waited and no one came. Sure the national guard having hotel indigo booked out is a reason for a decrease in business but so is the customer service.
This was my first time here and I had a good experience. I did wait about 5-6 mins before anyone came to the host station but once they came we were seated immediately. The food was good not great, but it wasn’t nasty at all. I also had a mimosa and it was just what I needed in that moment. I will definitely be back. Kay our waitress was good and attentive. She was so sweet and had great customer service. This was a good experience for me my son and his grand dad. They loved it as well.
