Beautiful units but property management was difficult to work with. One of these positive reviews was left by someone who is related to the property manager and this reviewer also is employed by the property.
Management is amazing And the building itself is beautiful and clean! 😊
It is an incredible building/location and VERY affordable. People like to live here, so vacancies are rare. I came across this building while helping my father, who is an older vet, look for an affordable home. My experience with the building manager has been all positive. I suppose fair enough that people are frustrated when they do not hear back after inquiring about vacancies, but I guarantee this is because turnover is SO LOW. Responding to every inquiry they receive when they rarely have vacancies is not a practical use... read more
